Okay so its kinda weird but I like torturing my belly button. And when I do it, it gets very red. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to hide this as I get very self conscience about people seeing it, especially family and friends. Also when people push pens and pencils in there navel. Do you push them hard enough to break the skin? And does anyone have any tips for things to try which do not enough breaking the skin? Sorry thats a lot of questions, but any answers would be appreciated.

the redness usually goes away pretty fast....if you are self conscience just keep it covered til it goes away. you can try golf tees, a golf umbrella, hot wax, screw drivers, wooden dowel, broomstick handle, drum stick, tweezers, pins.
