Aiden was the team leader at a large agency. While his team of five did good work they were ranked last for productivity. Aiden was called into the managers office and told he either needed to increase the productivity of his team or he would lose his job since there were others who could surely do a better job. He spent the entire weekend trying to come up with ways to increase his teams productivity. Monday morning he was ready.
He arrived at the office bright and early on Monday. Of course no one on his team ever showed up early. He left a note on each of their desks to report to his office before they clock in. As each member of the team came into his office he fastened a belt around their waist. But this wasn't just any belt. There was a spike on the inside of it that fit into their belly buttons and there was a lock on the belt so the only person who could adjust or remove the belt is the person with the key and that was Aiden. He fastened the belts so the spike would just touch the base of their bellybuttons. His team had no idea what was going.
"It has come to my attention that our team is in last place for productivity. If we don't get out of last place, my job as well as your jobs are on the line. For the entire week, you will be wearing these belts. If for any reason besides lunch and break you leave your desk, the belt gets tightened one notch and that includes bathroom breaks. After you clock out, you will report to my office and I will take the belt off and mark what notch you are on. When you come back tomorrow, you will start where you left off. Any questions?" He waits. "Ok then get to work."
On the first day each team member has their belt moved a few notches for leaving their desks but find the pain isn't bad even if the spike will be pushing on their bellybutton for 8 hours. It's a relief when the spike comes out. The second day the spike hurts from the start since their bellybuttons are already sore. And with a few more notches day 3 is going to be worse. The pain on day 3 is so intense that the team actually follows all the rules. So on the start of day 4 Aiden loosens everyones belt a notch for the job well done the day before but he explains that for every rule broken, he will not tighten the belt 2 notches. Two members of the team break the rules twice and sure enough they get another 4 notches each. The pain is so intense. On the start of day 5 Aiden explains that since there were rule breakers the day before, everyone is going to start the day 3 notches tighter then the day before, one because its a new day and one for each of the rule breakers plus after they clock out there will be a two hour meeting in the conference room as further punishment for the rule breakers.

At the end of the day, the team reports to Aiden's office to have their belts removed after they have clocked out, however They are told to report to the conference room with the belts still on. When they get there the door is locked. Aiden unlocks the door and follows his team in and then locks the door again assuring no one from the team can get out. There are tables set up around the room. Each of the employees is tied spread eagle to a table. Their tops are pulled up and their pants down so their entire bellies are visible. Aiden uses boxes of supplies such as paper to add weight and push the stake even deeper. They all struggle with the pain trying to break free but the more they move the more pain their helpless belly buttons feel.
AIden blindfolds the girls and then takes turns working over each of their bellies. He startes with Chloe, the youngest member of the team. Chloe is a dark haired tall slender girl. She is quiet but everyone loves her. Aiden steps on her stomach a few times to drive the stake deeper then takes the belt off and starts to punch her in the stomach. She can't see when the punches are coming so most of the punches she is taking in a relaxed stomach. He concentrates the punches to her already sore navel. The punches seem to go on for an eternity. Then she feels something cold in her bellybutton which is pushed in deep and opened. Chloe knows he is using scissors. They are pushed in deeper and then twisted and opened and closed. Finally she feels what she guesses is a pen or pencil. She is untied and made to lay belly down with it in her navel. To make sure she doesn't try to get away she is tied down.
Aiden then makes his way to Denise. Denise is blonde and short and slender. He also steps on her stomach before removing the stake and punching her. She too has to take the punches in a relaxed belly. When the punching stops she feels something in her bellybutton and it doesn't take long to figure out Aiden is using a clicky pen. He pushes it in deep and the clicks it over and over again while pushed harder and twisting. The pain in unbearable. When he is done with the pen, he turns her belly down on a sharp pencil and ties her down again.
He then moves on to Courtney. Courtney is a red head. She isn't slender like the other two. She is very muscular from working out all the time. Courtney is a fitness addict and has done marathons. Once again Aiden steps on the stake before removing it then starts to punch her. Courtney is able to keep her abs tensed so the punches don't have much effect on her and Aiden can see this so he starts jumping on her stomach instead. Even her strong abs are no match for the brutal treatment. When thats over she feels something long and pointy in her belly button and figures it is a letter opener. Aiden pushes and twists it while Courtney cringes in pain. This goes on for an eternity and finally she is also tied belly down on a pencil.
Next up is Kenzie and once again Aiden starts with stepping on the stake and then punching her. Kenzie has dark hair and has some muscle but can't tense her abs long enough to resist the punches but when they don't seem to have the same effect on her as they did on the first two grls, he jumps on her stomach as well. Kenzie has to deal with straightened paper clips poking her belly button. The harder they are pushed in, the more she hurts. AIden uses several at a time to make sure she feels the pain. When he is done with her she is tied belly down on a pencil.
FInally he makes his way to Ariealla. She has been with him the longest. She is a pretty blonde but slightly over weight so she has a rounded belly. She has to take the torture each of the other girls took since she has been on this team longer than anyone. When AIden he is done he ties her belly down with the pencil like the other girls. He leaves the room. He comes back every so often to add weight to their backs which digs the pencil deeper and deeper. The pain is more than any of them can take. They try to come up with ways to break free but its no use because every move they make only intensifes the pain. They figure the torture has to be over soon enough. It is almost three hours later when Aiden comes back and unties them and lets them leave.
On Monday when they come in, they are told the team is now in second place and as long as they don't go any lower, he won't see the need to teach them a lesson. The managers are curious as to how Aiden got his team to improve so quickly but figure as long as he is doing what he was told too they will let him go.
While his team continues to perform either in first or second place, the girls haven't forgot his painful less and are determined to get their revenge. They decide to throw a party for their boss.

It is a beautiful story indeed and should be circulated widely----Aiden can do one more torture on them---he should put a beetle insect on each girl's deep navel after tying them as described-- so that they can't move----then cover each girl's navel with beetle with a transparent round glass so that the beetles can't get away----the beetles will do all the tortures on behalf of Aiden--they will scratch the deep navels of beautiful girls and do the extreme thing at their navel bases---extreme pain and pleasure combined-------must try
